Because digital content or community access can be made available after successful payment, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once payment has been successfully verified and digital access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law, the payment provider, card-network rules or another legally binding requirement.

We strongly encourage you to verify the product, plan, price and your email address before paying. If you experience a genuine technical problem that prevents access to a product you purchased, contact us at tamilharmonictraderraj@gmail.com so that we can investigate the issue.

A request for a refund does not by itself establish that a refund is due. Payment disputes, chargebacks and fraud claims are handled under the applicable payment provider and banking rules. We maintain transaction and fulfilment records to investigate disputed transactions.
